Certified Personal Trainer & Nutrition Coach
Originally from Hungary, I’ve lived in Kuala Lumpur for several years, working with clients who want a sustainable, long-term approach to fitness. I have a background in psychology (BSc, MBPsS) and have been a certified personal trainer (NASM-CPT) since 2016, with additional certifications in Human Movement Science (HMS), corrective exercise, and nutrition coaching (Precision Nutrition). While I hold several other qualifications, these are the most relevant to my work.
My coaching focuses on strength, mobility, and pain-free movement—so you can train safely and stay active for life. I also run workshops on stretching, mobility, strength-training, injury prevention, and corporate wellness.
